A Queen Esther Moment

Mordecai said to Esther, “ …Who knows if you became queen for this very moment?” 

Have you ever thought about your purpose? What your unique set of talents and challenges has prepared you to do, and how you might – even in a small way – contribute positively to the world?

At a recent meeting of independent Jewish educators, we were asked to share our “Esther Moments,” moments when we felt as if we were making a positive difference. I realized how lucky I am to have so many opportunities through Chai Mitzvah, collaborating on curricula that helps make our traditions relevant, helping to get the word out about our programs, sharing meaningful conversation and connecting with so many intelligent and insightful people. 

Many of you know that purpose feels wonderful, so I want to take this opportunity to remind you about Chai mitzvah’s POP! Power of Passion. 

The POP! part of Chai Mitzvah’s signature two-pronged approach (small group learning and POP!) is tikkun olam projects that connect group members to the community. This helps strengthen us in a time when this is more important than ever!
