Some leaders are humble, some are organized, some are decisive; others are courageous, visionary, or charismatic. No single middah could possibly encompass all styles of leadership. However, there are certain principles that we can agree should be held by all leaders. One of those is the middah of responsibility and firm understanding of the impact of his/her actions. Our text study will explore the middah of responsibility from different angles, which will comprise other related middot and themes; where possible, highlighting female leadership.
