JOIN THE CHAI MITZVAH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Applications will be available online beginning September 15.

Chai Mitzvah is pleased to introduce a six-month-long mentoring program for community leaders and educators. Starting in November, 20 participants will enjoy both personal and professional growth, as well as spiritual development. Once accepted into the program, they will be able to earn credentials as certified Chai Mitzvah instructors.

The program includes engaging with personal mentors, writing two short reflection papers, starting at least one Chai Mitzvah group, and attending four workshops covering the following topics:

• Responsible leadership: Qualities of a Responsible Leader
• The Ethical Leader: Boundaries and Power
• Community Building I: Engaging the Community
• Community Building II: Retaining the Community

Applications will be available online beginning September 15. We are looking forward to honoring the graduates at our End-of-Year celebration in the spring!
