Audrey Lichter with Daniel Staffenberg,
Chief Executive Officer
Jewish Federation of Richmond Virginia

What better way to spread the power of Chai Mitzvah initiatives than an in person visit from our Executive Director, Audrey Lichter?

For 17 days this fall, Audrey and her husband visited synagogues, Federations, JCC’s and Hillels throughout the South. Stops included Philadelphia, Richmond Virginia, Greensboro NC, Charleston SC, Savannah Georgia, Atlanta, Asheville NC, Staunton West Virginia, Princeton NJ, and Rutgers University in New Jersey.

All along the way, Audrey left samples of Chai Mitzvah materials, Scott’s two latest books In Good Faith and Conspiracy U, and spoke to whoever was willing to learn more about Chai Mitzvah.

“It was great fun, and very inspirational to meet with dedicated professionals and lay leaders throughout the South. These  are remarkable people, working to keep Jewish life alive and thriving. Many of these communities are seeing a influx of young people and are looking for great engagement tools to welcome young professional and families. Unfortunately, anti-semisitm is on everyone’s radar as well,  which makes Conspiracy U is a must-read.” said Audrey.
