Virtual Jewish Journeys – Topic: Individual & Community

When

7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Within Jewish tradition, there are many different aspects of the important relationship between the individual and the community. We specifically selected the concept of tochecha as our focus because it explores a critical role that is often difficult to assume. As adults, we often find ourselves in situations where we disagree with someone and we think people are behaving in a way that is not productive to the community. How should we respond during these moments when we want to suggest an alternate course of action? This session helps us explore how to disagree in ways that productively move our relationships and community forward.
