No single middah could possibly encompass all styles of leadership. However, there are certain principles that we can agree should be held by all leaders. One of those is the middah of responsibility, which would translate as achrayut in Hebrew. Our text study will explore the middah of responsibility from different angles, and will comprise other related middot and themes.
