Mixtape

The Chai Mitzvah Mixtape curriculum provides teachers, parents, and students with a novel way of accessing the stories of our history. The information is especially enjoyable and culturally relevant to today’s students. This curriculum uses approaches that appeal to multiple learning styles and strengths. 

The curriculum features 9 beautifully illustrated sourcebooks containing texts to spark meaningful discussions, videos to bring the topics to life, activities, and prompts for creating raps, visual art, and videos.

MIXTAPE TOPICS: Koach HaDibur: Word, Tzedakah vs. Charity, G’milut Chasadim: Acts of Lovingkindness, Chevruta: Study Buddy, Equanimity: Menuchat HaNefesh, Order, Trust in Ha’Am: Jewish Pride, Gratitude: Radical Amazement, and Humility: Anavah.

Groups:

Teen groups are generally formed through organizations such as schools and youth groups.
